Hi

How I can simulate a plate of steel not deformable the push on top of this box?

Is there any trick commonly used. Or something that made similar result?

Is there a particular physical situation that you are trying to simulate?  What output are you interested in?  Stresses, displacements?

The part are like a box, empty inside. The phisical test after production are:

Lay on the ground (steel or concrete), push over a force applied by 1 undeformable plate of steel.

We need to dimension the wall of this "box" until they support the force. We are not interested at the force at the thin plane on top.

If I understand correctly, you are interested in the stress state in the walls versus just the top.  For a simulation model, can you just ignore the top and apply the load to the walls directly?  Something like this:
