"Thanks Guys, I now have it running under a demo or Rhino 4, but can understand if it does not work with Rhino 3, its just the error message that seems strange as it calls for the latest service pack for Rhino 3."

The scan and solve developers are the only ones that can confirm this, but unless they are building the plug-in against Rhino v3 libraries, I don't believe you'll be able to run it. There was a lot of improvements made to the V4…"
