Simulate Early, Simulate Often... In Rhino

Double-curved surface

I have tried S & S to visualize graphically the more stress place on a double-curved vault.
In this case the vault reproduced corresponds to a module of the cover developed by Lluis Muncunill for the "Vapor Aymerich, Amat i Jover (1907)", in the city of Terrassa, Spain.

Thank you for posting -- very interesting. Can you tell us more about the problem setup? Why not do analysis on a larger model? I do not know much about Muncunill and Terrassa except what is on the web in English, but it looks beautiful.

Is there a connection between Muncunill and Gaudi ?
