Bob,

The 32-bit version of Scan&Solve will work with both Rhino 4 and Rhino 5 (32-bit).

If Rhino isn't loading the plug-in automatically, you can load the plug-in manually.  In Rhino go to:
 Tools > Options > Plug-ins > [Install...]
Then browse to the location of ScanAndSolve.rhp.

The default locations for the 32-bit version of Scan&Solve are:
WinXP - C:\Program Files\Scan&Solve\ScanAndSolve.rhp
Win7 64-bit - C:\Program Files (x86)\Scan&Solve\ScanAndSolve.rhp

The default location for the 64-bit version of Scan&Solve is:

C:\Program Files\Scan&Solve\ScanAndSolve_x64.rhp

Note that plug-in toolbars are not currently supported in either flavor of Rhino 5, so you won't see the Scan&Solve toolbar in these environments.
