Really weird "crash"

G'day,

Just in the middle of a really weird "crash". Object is permanently highlighted, no commands work, trying to run Scan&Solve but it just asks to "Select and Scan&Solve operation", can't close (via X or exit command), no crash log, commands are still accepted in the command line but don't run.

Really weird.

Will play with it some more and post more details if this isn't just a one off.
