PRODUCT DESIGN STUDIO 2 - 2014 - "SAPIENZA" UNIVERSITY OF ROME

Hello guys,

The reported material refers to the structural analysis of few design objects conceived by Product Design Studio 2 students at SAPIENZA University of Rome in 2014 during the first year of the Master of Science in Product Design program.

SnS was used to simulate the mechanical behavior of different objects, in terms of dimension, function and material, subjected to various loading and restrains conditions. The goal of the analysis was twofold: to contribute to the final shape definition of the objects and to guide the feasibility of the rapid prototyping phase.
