hi to all.I'm an architectveryinterested in the useofFEM software(althoughI'm no expert)anduse rhino and grasshopper,so for me itwould be perfectscan e solve .Iwas wonderingif it ispossible to carry outstressanalysis oforganic forms in reinforcedconcrete.ifthis is possible ,how can i do that and thereare some examplesor documentationaboutscan andsolve for thiscase? thanks
The short answer is "not yet". Currently, Scan&Solve supports only isotropic homogeneous materials. We are working on adding other types of materials, and reinforced concrete is on the "to do" list. However, some architects are already using Scan&Solve with unreinforced concrete to guide the design of reinforcements.
