Simulate Early, Simulate Often... In Rhino

What I really want to see from SNS is something that will not only show stress and stretching and such, but will actually show the 'breaking point' of an object. I wanted to see what would happen if I over-pressurized the inside of a gas cylinder with walls 1mm thick. When exposed to the equivalent of 500 PSI, the sides merely warped. The only suggestion i have for SNS is some way to determine the breaking or fracturing of an object.

The "breaking point" corresponds to the "danger level"  reaching the value of 1.   So you can see the spots where this happens instantly in the simplified view.    There are several possible criteria for failure depending on chosen material.   For more information,  check the documentation and glossary.
